main ingredients
- Orange slices - 2
- Brandied or maraschino cherries - 2
- Angostura bitters - 3 dashes
- Sugar cube - 1
- Brandy - 2ounce
- 7UP, Sprite or seltzer, to top - As needed
- Garnish: brandied or maraschino cherry - As needed
- Garnish: orange slice - As needed
instructions
Add the orange slices, preserved cherries, bitters and sugar cube to an Old Fashioned glass and muddle.
Add ice to fill the glass, add the brandy, then top with the 7Up/Sprite (or seltzer or sour soda).
Garnish with a skewered brandied or maraschino cherry and an orange slice.
