Made with Rum

main ingredients

  • Dark rum - 3tablespoon
  • Pineapple juice - 3tablespoon
  • Campari (to taste) - 2tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1tablespoon
  • Simple syrup or maple syrup - 1tablespoon
  • For the garnish: Pineapple wedge, pineapple leaves (optional) - as needed
instructions
1 Add the dark rum, pineapple juice, Campari, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake vigorously until cold.


2 Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, pineapple leaves, or fresh mint.
