Made with Rum

main ingredients

  • Bacardí White Rum - 2ounce
  • El Maestro Sierra Pedro - 1/2ounce
  • Grant 'La Garrocha' - 1/2ounce
  • Ximénez Sherry - as needed
  • Amontillado Sherry - as needed
  • Passion fruit purée - 3/4ounce
  • Hibiscus syrup* - 1/2ounce
  • Mint sprigs - 2
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1/2ounce
instructions
1 Shake all the ingredients hard for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe. Place a large fresh piece of mint on top.

2 Hibiscus Syrup: Take a ½ cup of hibiscus flowers and simmer in a quart of simple syrup (50/50) for 15 minutes. Cool and strain.
