  • Monkey Shoulder Scotch - 2ounce
  • Coco Lopez Coconut Cream - 2ounce
  • Fresh pineapple juice - 3ounce
  • Fresh lime juice - .75ounce
  • Angostura bitters - 3 dashes
  • Splash of water - As needed
  • Pinch of salt - As needed
instructions
In a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
