- Monkey Shoulder Scotch - 2ounce
- Coco Lopez Coconut Cream - 2ounce
- Fresh pineapple juice - 3ounce
- Fresh lime juice - .75ounce
- Angostura bitters - 3 dashes
- Splash of water - As needed
- Pinch of salt - As needed
