- Sugar cube - 1ml
- Splash of water or soda water - As needed
- Angostura cocktail bitters - 2 dashes
- Orange peel - 1
- Single malt Scotch - 2ounce
- Ice cubes - 3
- Cherry for garnish - As needed
instructions
In a rocks glass, muddle the sugar cube, water, bitters, and orange wedge.
Add the Scotch and the ice cubes. Stir.
