Scotch Julep

main ingredients
- Mint leaves - 10
- Simple syrup - 3/4ounce
- Blended Scotch - 2ounce
- Finely crushed ice - As needed
- Splash of soda water - As needed
- Mint sprigs for garnish - As needed
instructions
In a julep cup, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
Add the Scotch.
Fill the cup completely with finely crushed ice. Stir until the outside of the cup frosts.
Mound the ice over the top of the cup. Add a splash of soda water.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
