main ingredients
- Gin Mare - 50ml
- Tomato juice - 75ml
- Lemon juice - 10ml
- Worcestershire sauce - 10ml
- Soy sauce - 5ml
- Dashes of Tabasco - 4
- Basil leaves - 4
- Sugar syrup - 1/2teaspoon
- Slices of tomato - 1
- Strip of celery ( To serve ) - 1
- Fleur de Sel sea salt ( To serve ) - a pinch
- Arbequina (or other extra virgin olive oil) ( To serve ) - few drops
instructions
STEP 1
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with six grinds of black pepper and a couple of handfuls of ice, and ‘throw’ the cocktail between two shakers (or jugs) until chilled.
STEP 2
Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a tomato slice, celery ribbon, the salt and olive oil.
