Made with Gin

main ingredients

  • Gin Mare - 50ml
  • Tomato juice - 75ml
  • Lemon juice - 10ml
  • Worcestershire sauce - 10ml
  • Soy sauce - 5ml
  • Dashes of Tabasco - 4
  • Basil leaves - 4
  • Sugar syrup - 1/2teaspoon
  • Slices of tomato - 1
  • Strip of celery ( To serve ) - 1
  • Fleur de Sel sea salt ( To serve ) - a pinch
  • Arbequina (or other extra virgin olive oil) ( To serve ) - few drops
instructions
STEP 1
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with six grinds of black pepper and a couple of handfuls of ice, and ‘throw’ the cocktail between two shakers (or jugs) until chilled.

STEP 2
Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a tomato slice, celery ribbon, the salt and olive oil.
