Made with Wine

main ingredients

  • Ice - as needed
  • Cynar - 300ml
  • Crème de cassis - 15ml
  • White wine - 30ml
  • Soda water , to top up - as needed
  • Sprig of thyme - as needed
instructions
STEP 1
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes, then pour in the Cynar, crème de cassis and white wine. Stir gently with a bar spoon, then top up with soda water and use the sprig of thyme to mix the drink before dropping it in the glass to garnish.

CYNAR
Cynar is a bitter herbal liqueur made with artichokes. If you can’t get it, you could try using Averna, a Sicilian herbal liqueur. Both are available in larger supermarkets or online.
