- Carton pomegranate juice (100% juice, not ‘juice drink’) - 500ml
- Red vermouth - 100ml
- Red wine - 200ml
- Oranges , sliced, plus extra to garnish - 2
- Honey - 2teaspoon
- Cinnamon stick - 1pieces
- Cloves - 4
- Allspice berries - 4
instructions
STEP 1
Put everything in a large saucepan set over a low heat and stir to melt the honey. Simmer gently for 10 mins.
STEP 2
Taste for sweetness, then strain into heatproof glasses and garnish with extra orange slices to serve.
